All domestic (USA/North America) purchases will be shipped via USPS.

International purchases will be shipped via DHL.

Due to the personalization of the journals, we do not offer overnight shipping services, but will accommodate requests for short-term shipping for an additional cost.

* Shipping costs are only an estimate when shown at the time of purchase; costs will be finalized once item(s) ship and actual costs will be reflected on the final invoice.

Return & Exchange Policy

You may cancel your order at any point before your order ships to receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after being shipped will receive a full refund minus the cost of shipping.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you must send an email to our customer service department to discuss your options regarding a refund or exchange.
